HeldUp

HeldUp keeps any application window in full view on the desktop. HeldUp is resource friendly because it's so small (70kb), and it's simple and easy to use. Just grab the icon from the system tray, drag and drop it on the window to hold up.

HeldUp keeps any program in full view-ALWAYS.
HeldUp is the easiest way to stop windows from disappearing behind other programs.

HWND_TOPMOST is a special Windows setting for positioning a program above all others on your Windows Desktop even when using another program. Every programmer learns about this setting when they begin Windows programming, and some use it in their own software to help the user control Windows. However, even though this is an easy feature to add to your own software, there are few utilities which allow the user to control this for any open program, and possibly none which allow the user to do this quicker and more easily than HeldUp.

HeldUp is EASY. Just drag the HeldUp icon from the system tray onto the software you want to keep on top. It doesn't get much easier than that!

HeldUp is SMALL. It's written in C++ without any resource hungry components, which means that HeldUp is using as little system resources as possible. The entire application is less than 70kb and will probably be one of the smallest programs on your PC.
