You never have to do the boring jobs again and you can concentrate on the design. A web code which has to be reused can be separated to a file and this utility will take care of updating the whole website. There are some fine cheap and free programs for making HTML, CSS2 pages out there. But they all lack of automation, macro features which could solve this problem.
