Furthermore, Its built-in Power-Smart technology can shut down your computer if it is inactive for a specified period of time (idle-time).
Shutdown Vaccine also allows you to perform remote shutdowns for Networked PC's. Furthermore, Shutdown Vaccine supports command-line operations, as well as creation of batch files for any selected action.

Shutdown Vaccine can automate most PC power related tasks. ie. perform a nightly shutdown of computers in a computer lab. Rather than having to go to each computer individually, you can configure Shutdown Vaccine to turn off each workstation at a particular time or date. Saving computer administrators from having to perform the same manual tasks.
