SmartPlanning with TeamCalendar
Meetings are easy to arrange using TeamCalendar’s SmartPlanning function. Just select the date and the colleagues you want to invite and TeamCalendar will show you the best available time slots. When you select a slot, TeamCalendar automatically books the time in your calendar and invites your colleagues – as if you had booked the meeting from your desk.
